CB’s Candy House and Jesse Tree Day 8, 9, and 10

Last year’s Christmas season was a little tough for us as a family. We were SUPER busy at the studio and both Collin and I felt like we missed out on so many fun things because we were working constantly. This year we were determined that things would be different. That’s why we scheduled our...

you’re not the only one…Owen has cereal for supper sometimes too. Especially on days like the day of our session, when he had spaghetti for lunch and again in after school care!ReplyCancel

Cereal is a main staple around our house—as well as Pop-Tarts 😉 Nicholas could seriously eat Pop-Tarts for every meal—but I dont let him!ReplyCancel

Jesse Tree Day 6 & 7 and the Live Nativity

On Day 6 we learned about Sarah and had two CUTE extra kids join us for the evening. 🙂 The scripture was Genesis 21:1-7 and we learned about how God answers prayers. The kids talked about prayers that God has answered for them. Their little conversations were too CUTE!!! This is Tal’s picture face. Perfect....

Tallon is such a CUTIE! I must admit that I started pushing air from one cheek to another after reading that 😀
We are also behind on the Jesse tree. Owen was NOT paying attention so we’ve stopped for now and I guess we’ll double up the days or do them all at once?ReplyCancel

Not Exactly What I was Going For…

If you haven’t seen Zoe and Reese’s session from Sunday, please keep scrolling down. Because that is the location we had to work with. Absolutely GORGEOUS. It’s comical to me how much my kids were NOT into being photographed on Sunday. So, you may not get a Christmas card from us this year. Just a...

So, do you think Zoe and Reese’s family would start renting out their property for photo sessions?? 😉 I love these although I can tell poor CB is freezing! I love the ones of Zoe and Reese, too! Gorgeous girls!ReplyCancel

Jesse tree Day 4 and 5

I hate to admit that we got a little bit off-track with The Jesse Tree. We didn’t have a Noah ornament and I didn’t get one together in time to do it on the day we were supposed to. So we are a little off. I found something that will work for our Noah ornament...

Jesse Tree day 2 and 3

Y’all this is so much fun! I am SOO thankful that Rebecca put this whole thing together. It’s the highlight of the day for the kids to discover which ornament will be hung on the Jesse Tree each night and what it will represent. To be honest, I didn’t think they were really “getting” what...
