I’m really not sure how this happened. Caroline is our sweet, itty bitty, teeny-tiny baby niece. Except she’s really not all that itty-bitty teeny-tiny anymore. I mean in the whole scheme of life, of course she’s still a little bitty. But in terms of that first year of life? She’s getting BIG. And doing BIG things. And it’s so much fun watching her explore this great big world and discover what new things she can do…but it’s also kinda sad, you know? That tiny baby stage goes way too fast for my liking!! Caroline, we love you like CRAZY, Baby Girl!! You are such a FUN baby and we do love watching you grow up. Just maybe slow down a little bit, okay? 😉
This first dress has been in Caroline’s grandpa’s family forever and ever. And every baby girl is photographed in it. I love traditions like that!
And Caroline’s grandma made this gorgeous gown for her…and she is sitting in the window seat at my parent’s house…this session is just full of sweet family things! Love it!! And does she not look like a china doll?!?
