I bought some Little Mermaid sippy cups for Clara Beth this morning. She was drinking out of one this afternoon and I pointed to Ariel and said “pretty”. Clara Beth said it back!!! One of her very first words is “pretty”! It actually sounds kind of like “pwee”, but I know what she means. Here’s a video of the pretty girl saying “pretty”!
Just for my records, she is now saying: uh-oh, bye, ball, block (those 2 sound a lot alike), bub-o, da-da, daddy, ma-ma, hey, no no, mine, me, that(dat), pretty
That is seriously TOO cute. I guess that’s the next thing I need to learn…how to get a video uploaded on here. One thing at a time, I guess.
