Picking our Perfect Pumpkin(s)

Seriously LOVING this season!!! And this has to be the coolest October in South Carolina on record, right? I mean, we went to the pumpkin patch at Highland Park in long-sleeved shirts and we weren’t sweating. Has that ever happened before? This is one of my very favorite things that we do each year. For as long as I can remember, Highland Park has filled their front yard with pumpkins. It’s a fundraiser that they do for their youth group and they also give to other local charities that support children (I didn’t know that part until this year). And it provides the perfect spot for pumpkin photographs of my kids. When I see those pumpkins I know it’s officially Fall. 🙂

We were a little late this year, the pumpkins arrived when we were in Disney. But there were still plenty!

And here are the pumpkins that came home with us. The bumpy ones are my Favorites. 🙂

Don’t you think pumpkin pictures make the best ones??? My fall pictures are my favorite ones of any all year long. These are wonderful and I miss getting our pumpkins from Highland Park this year (although we’ll buy a couple the next time we’re in Florence, I’m sure).ReplyCancel
