I was looking through our family pictures, and ran across these images from a few weeks ago that I forgot to post. Mak is really in a “helping Daddy” phase right now. Now that I think about it, though, I guess he’s been in this phase for over a year now. He’s very much into “mans” things (that’s what he calls anything he deems to be boy-related). Just last night, he told Clara Beth “You can’t play with my trains because that’s a mans thing. You have to play with princesses.” There’s definitely some chauvinism in there. Anyway, here are some pics of him helping Daddy fix the headlight in my van a few Saturdays ago.
Anybody need a stove? Plantation shutters? Toaster oven? We have GOT to find the time to have a yard sale!!!

Actually, we do need a toaster oven…how much is it going for in the unofficial Smith yardsale? We just ruined ours a couple weeks ago with a REALLY burnt poptart 🙂 Great pics…I’m loving Mak right now–he’s just at such a neat, neat age.
That chauvinism thing must be inborn…..or did it come from his Boom-Boom? 😉
