I can’t even tell you how gorgeous the garden is that we are using for Easter portraits this year! Remember a few months back when I blogged super cute Baby Julian and his great grandfather? He was the little one who REALLY got into his cake at his first birthday session. It was awesome. Anyway, Julian’s great grandfather has offered up his yard for us to photograph in this year and we are SO excited! The garden overlooks the lake and is covered in beautiful plantings. There are about 386 different spots to work with here…YAY!! There’s even a little babbling brook that runs through the yard and into the lake. Seriously, it’s gorgeous and I could never do justice to how wonderful it is with words in a blog post. You’re just going to have to trust me. We headed out there this morning to get some sample images of Mak, Clara Beth, and precious little Evan. The garden isn’t even close to being in full bloom yet but we wanted to go ahead and give you an idea of what these sessions would look like. So just picture this look plus an explosion of gorgeous Southern blooms by the time Easter rolls around. Don’t you just love watching Springtime come to the South? Our outdoor Easter sessions will be held on April 6th and 7th this year. April 7th is already full, but we do still have some time available on the 6th. Oh my goodness those are beautiful. And I DONT know when BOTH of those bald headed babies grew up so. Do you know that yesterday afternoon Makgill refused to hold my hand FOR THE FIRST TIME. The cute thing, tho, was that when I told him I was leaving he raced up to hug me and give me a kiss before he thought about it…..he caught himself just in time, but not before I snuck in a kiss. But he had to save face by saying Ugh!!
LOOK at those amazing curls on Miss Priss! Beautiful! And that boy (dare I say young man) is quite handsome, too!
