We’ve had a great Spring Break, and I hope all of you have as well! We kept this week pretty light at the studio so we could focus on some fun family time. The kids were home from school, it was Collin’s birthday, and we just needed a bit of a break! Collin did have a couple of sessions with some beautiful Senior girls, one with one of our favorite little guys, and a maternity session for our dearest friends. They were all beautiful, and I can’t wait to share them with you! I love a week of great sessions!
Easter weekend and the beginning of the week were for family, though. Last Saturday we all attended a Fantastic Easter Egg hunt at Church at Sandhurst. There were a CRAZY amount of kids there! It was so much fun!
Miss CB was ready for the hunt!
This was taken about 30 minutes before the program began. By the time we started everything, this place was PACKED!
A wonderful couple did a fantastic job of explaining to the kids that Jesus is our bridge to Heaven. They were all listening intently and had some really great answers to the questions. Such a sweet group of kids!
After that it was time to hunt some eggs! And here’s my adorable niece, Tess…Love her! I could just eat her up she’s so sweet!
I love this series of my nephew, Tal! Poor kid was walking along, looking for more eggs when he noticed that he was dropping them out of his basket. So Cute!
Parson and his basket full of eggs!
Clara Beth had to check out each egg to see the treasure that it held…
Pretty Lilah!
Easter Sunday we woke the kids up EARLY and made our way to the Sunrise Service at Church at Sandhurst. This is something I’ve done nearly every year since I was a young teenager, and Collin and I love sharing it with Makgill and Clara Beth. After the service we made our way home to check out the Easter baskets.
Clara Beth was most excited about the pack of hair rubberbands! I love prissy little girls!
And Mak was most excited about peeps. Mmmmm…breakfast!
After a sugary marshmallow breakfast we got ready for church. After church we headed to my parent’s house for a great lunch with family and friends. Not many pics from that, although I will show you Little Miss Sweet Pea all dressed up in her Easter dress.
It was a Beautiful day to celebrate the reserection of our Savior! I’ll have more from our week soon!
The Easter Egg hunt was so much fun and it was great to see you guys there again!!! Love the last picture of that sweet baby niece of yours!!!
