Our family took a little trip to The Toy Shop to get Anna’s birthday gift this past Saturday. WE WERE NOT GETTING ANYTHING FOR OUR KIDS. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! We have way too many toys, and not enough space to hold them. Plus, we are in the process of moving our playroom (for the third time), and I just don’t want to add to the chaos at this time. Okay- so how many of you have been to The Toy Shop? The coolest store around, am I right??? We left with some super-cute girly items for Miss Anna…..and a new pet. A frog. Don’t worry- he’s not real. He’s one of those things that starts out really small and you put him in water and he grows. And Collin- I mean Makgill 🙂 – had to have it. This thing has been great. Mak treats it like a real pet. He moves it daily from one bathroom to the next so it doesn’t get bored, gives it toys, talks to it, and he named it. Watermelon. Don’t know where that came from, but I think it’s cute! Watermelon is the best $2.50 we’ve spent in a long time!
Please excuse the bathroom- it’s currently undergoing renovations….along with the rest of the house. We will post pictures of the finished work when it’s all done. Hopefully before next year????
oh my goodness- that is 1 HUGE frog!!!!!!
And it will continue to grow!!! They also have an alligator that grows 3 feet long!!!! Definitely will be part of Tal’s birthday gift! 🙂
