Kickin’ it Old-School Style

Makgill has been singing Vanilla Ice’s “Ice, Ice Baby” since he was a young toddler and had his first experience with ice. Collin sang it to him and he LOVED it, and I guess it kind of stuck. Probably not the most appropriate song for a 3 year old, but he loves it and I...

    Anna Turns 2!!!!

Pretty girl Anna turned 2 on Thursday, and she celebrated with an AWESOME Barnyard Bash today! This party had it all- a goat, some bunny rabbits, a miniature horse, a precious cake, a FABULOUS birthday girl, and plenty of the cutest little party guests ever! Thanks so much, Bryan, Kristin, and Anna for hosting such...

You know as I look back over the pictures from today, I’m so tired I can barely keep my eyes open…but seeing all of those smiling faces makes every bit of it worth it. As I fight back the tears and my heart wells up with love for Anna, I truly wonder could we all be any more blessed? All these children are growing up together and God is right there showing us the way. Thanks Collin and Aron, and to all of you, for being part of our lives.ReplyCancel

    Another Fun Playdate!

We went over to play at Aiden and Elliot’s house today. Makgill and Clara Beth had so much fun playing with their friends and all of the new toys! The kids were running around everywhere, which made pictures pretty difficult, but I think I managed to get at least one pic of each kid. Thanks...

    School Supplies

It’s starting to get REALLY REAL. I mentioned in Makgill’s three and a half year post that we will be starting preschool this year. And that I am having a wee bit of anxiety over it. So anyway, I’m wanting to make all school-related things FUN, mostly for him, but also for me. I really...

    Thrush and Mouth Ulcers

Well, it turns out Clara Beth wasn’t better. In fact, she got worse. Yesterday we noticed that her tongue was really white, and she had ulcers all over her mouth. We went to supper at my parents house last night (because we thought she was okay), but she was MISERABLE. The poor little baby was...
