Well, I&#8217;ve gotta say that I LOVE Mondays.  And the biggest reason I love Mondays is this precious child.  On Mondays, I have my Sweet Caroline.  She&#8217;s not really MY Sweet Caroline.  She actually belongs to my brother and sister-in-law, but for five and a half blissful hours every Monday I get the privilege of having a baby in the house again.  And it is oh so sweet.  I get to touch her super soft baby cheeks, zerbert her rolly-polly thighs, smell her baby shampooed hair, feel her grab my cheeks with her fists and squeeze with all her might&#8230;her form of a baby hug, I&#8217;m sure.  She has a scrunchy nose smile that makes me laugh every time.  She&#8217;s starting to get all of these crazy ideas, though.  For some reason she thinks she&#8217;s getting big.  She&#8217;s doing things like saying words.  Actual words, like &#8220;Hey, De!&#8221;.  I&#8217;m not sure if it&#8217;s meant to be &#8220;Hey there&#8221; or Hey, Dad&#8221; but either way she&#8217;s definitely saying it and she knows what she means.  She shakes her head &#8220;NO&#8221; at you every time you ask her a question.  She&#8217;s standing up without holding on and would easily take the title of National Champion of coffee table cruising if there were such a thing.  She will be walking soon.  And I can&#8217;t wait to see those clumsy baby steps, but the sweet &#8220;babyness&#8221; of Caroline will be missed so much.  It&#8217;s a shame this first year goes so fast.
