They will celebrate your abundant goodness and joyfully sing of your righteousness. Psalm 145:7
That verse is SO TRUE!!! The Lord has been so abundantly good to us and we had so much fun celebrating our thankfulness to Him yesterday. This Thanksgiving was wonderful. Full of lots of family, friends, and TONS of yummy food. Perfect! 🙂
We started the day like we start every Thanksgiving…with pancakes and parade watching. We don’t go to my parent’s house to eat until late in the afternoon, so a big breakfast while we watch the parade is the way we spend the morning.
We ate the food picnic-style on the coffee table in the den. This is the only time food is allowed in the den. I just LOVE the Macy’s Parade, don’t you?!? It would make me so happy to go one day! The kids enjoyed all of the huge floats and CB LOVED all of the dancing.
After hanging around the house being lazy until way past lunchtime we got dressed and headed out to the backyard to play.
Here’s sweet CB in a full-blown tantrum. She was MAD at her “bwuva”.
Still pouting…
Oh, I LOVE him!!!! SO thankful for this man!!!
And I LOVE these babies. So thankful for them, too. 🙂
Collin was giving Mak a “talking to” and this is the face he was getting. I love it.
He quickly realized he had been defeated by the almost 6 year old.
Shoe-tying!!!
How Miss CB reaches the rings. She’s still so little…Right?
And then it was time for the REAL Craziness to start…Thanksgiving at Mom and Dad’s! There were a bazillion people and kids running around. It was SUPER Chaotic and SO much fun! And the food?? WOW!! SOOO Yummy!!
Li-Li (my mom) with grandbabies crawling all over her. She Loves it!
I’m SO Glad this sweet boy was healthy again for Thanksgiving!! Love my Tallon!!
Li-Li’s Disney tree is by far the favorite according to Mak, Tal, and CB.
Yes, my husband is carving the turkey on top of the dryer. the kitchen was full. 🙂
See that mantle FULL of stockings?!?! I LOVE it!!! We need more!!!
Pretty Girls!!
And this is just hilarious. Maybe, Mom, one day years from now we will be able to get that grandkid photo that you want. Until then, these are pretty funny.
Oh, but I love how they love one another!!
I don’t have sisters. But I can’t imagine any other girls coming closer than these two do. My brothers chose very well. I LOVE these girls!!!
FOOTBALL!!!
Promise it wasn’t as painful as it looks!
And finally, time to eat. And time to put the camera away. The rest of the night was full of laughter, great conversation and food. And the occasional breaking up of a kid quarrel. 🙂 Happy Thanksgiving. I hope yours was a day FULL of family, friends, love, and counting your blessings. We are all SO Blessed. 🙂
