South Carolina Family Photographer: Derek, Talitha, Isadora, and Joey!

I have lived in the {what I consider to be} BEAUTIFUL state of South Carolina all of my life, and I was recently introduced to a brand new SC location by a family from the Upper Midwest. Kinda funny. Honestly, I’m not exactly sure where Talitha is from…Michigan? Wisconsin? Illinois?? I’ve heard stories from all three! All I know is that I will be forever grateful that she now calls Florence her home. We first met when Miss Isadora was a teeny baby and since then Talitha has become the greatest friend! She’s the kind of person who is always there to help or give an encouraging word and will keep you laughing with funny stories. And she and Derek have two of the cutest, sweetest, funniest kids EVER! Basically, I LOVE this family and love spending time with them. Recently, as I mentioned earlier, we were able to spend an afternoon hiking with them in a “new-to-me” area of our state, Poinsett State Park. Y’all, it was GORGEOUS!! Even though we did see a snake. That part I could have done without. But the old Mill ruins and the pretty tunneling of trees…Amazing! Talitha, thank you for thinking that this was the perfect spot for your family session! You were absolutely right!
