Oh My Gracious, I’m so missing the beach right now! Each year I get a little worse at handling the transition from summer to fall. I’m hoping that blogging some of our late summer beach sessions will help me a little. So if the blog looks kind of beachy over the next few weeks, you’ll understand why. It’s for my mental health! 😉 This session…LOVE!!! Y’all, this family was so much fun! First off, the beautiful children. You can’t lose when you have the combination of Stanton’s giant blue eyes and Meredith’s super cheeks and gorgeous smile that seems to take over her entire face. But then throw in the whole extended family and it makes it even better! I love seeing how large families interact. There’s nothing I love more than hanging out with my entire family, so it makes me happy when others feel the same way. This one was great. Everyone is clearly crazy about these two children, and the feeling is definitely mutual. And one of the grandfathers in this family?! Y’all, I couldn’t stop laughing! He is the son of a husband and wife photography team who worked in South Carolina for fifty plus years. And he is SOOOO our Makgill!!! When he gave his wife bunny ears during their photo I couldn’t believe it. There’s no doubt in my mind that my son will do this to his wife when they are grandparents having their photos taken on the beach. Guys, thank you for such a wonderful evening! We truly had the best time with y’all! So glad the rain didn’t chase us away!
