Really, Tess??? ONE?!?

Yes, this sweet baby niece of mine is ONE. As in, she’s been here with us for an ENTIRE year. WOW. Time flies SOOO stinkin’ fast. It kills me! But, OH, this has been a FUN year getting to know this baby girl! I feel so unbelievably blessed to have met her just minutes after her birth and also to have seen her nearly every day of her life. I ADORE this baby. Here are some of my favorite things about Tess…Her chunky-baby thighs, They are the BEST!! Her TEMPER…yes, we are definitely seeing some serious SASS coming out of Miss Priss! Baby girl LOVES her Momma and always wants to be with her…BUT, I love it that she considers me to be an acceptable substitute. Most of the time. For very short periods. 😉 Tess LOVES her brother and her cousins and she thinks she’s just as big as the older ones. Today she and the three big ones were racing cars up and down a hall in my mom’s house and Tess was right in the middle of it, cackling and loving every second of playtime. And I love seeing her relationship with Caroline grow! They are 6 months apart and are definitely getting to know one another. Today Clara Beth, Tess, and Caroline had a “conversation” for nearly twenty minutes. CB translated for the babies and they both just laughed and babbled at her. These kids are going to have so much fun growing up together!

Tess Baby, Aunt Aron loves you. You make me laugh and I am SO HAPPY that you were born. YOU are a GIFT!!! Hugs and Kisses, Baby Girl!!

HA! This is HILARIOUS!!! Tess very rarely gets a bottle, but she occasionally does when Rebecca isn’t around. This needs to be a formula ad, don’t you think? 😉
