Pure CRAZINESS!!!

That’s what the studio is like right now. And we LOVE it! We are so thankful for the busy-ness, and are more convinced than ever that we truly have the BEST clients in the entire world!!! BUT…that means that the poor little blog is suffering greatly. There is so much to post, but no time to post it. Don’t worry, I promise to catch up. It just may take a while. Thanks for bearing with me!

Here’s a session of one of my favorite families from a couple months ago. We have been waiting to do this one FOREVER!!! This is my sweet sister-in-law Erin’s family. Ella, Erin’s mom, has been talking about wanting a family portrait for as long as we have known her. And that makes us so happy! Collin and I think family portraits are incredibly important, and too many times we see them neglected. The reason this one took so long to get done was because Lee, Erin’s brother, and his wife, Fran, live in California. Which is SO FUN, but it means that visits are few and far between. They came home in July though, and this time we were all determined that Ella would get her family portrait! It took a lot of “schedule-juggling” but we made it work. And the portait that she ended up with is just beautiful. There is no better reward for Collin than to see tears when he presents the images from a session to a client. And let me tell you, the tears were FLOWING during this projection! Ella is extremely proud of her beautiful family, and she very well should be! Ella, we are so happy that we could help you out with this. And THRILLED that you finally have the people that you love the most captured in a portrait forever.

And just because we happen to think they’re pretty cute, here are Mak and Clara Beth with two of their favorite people in the world. We love it when the kids can join us at a session! 🙂
