Personal Post: Cousin Gingerbread Competition 2015

Seeing as how Valentine’s Day is Sunday, I should probably get the Cousin Gingerbread contest from 2015 blogged. 2015 was a pretty great one. The girls started planning weeks in advance and came up with a shopping list of extra candy and stuff that needed to be purchased. The boys started planning a day in advance and drew up a really cute house plan complete with Santa diving down the chimney. As always there were a few cousins who were more interested in sugar consumption than house building. I can’t believe how fast they’re all growing up. And how much FUN they are. Cousins really do make the best friends.

Just before Christmas Clara Beth and all of the girl cousins were invited to a tea party at the home of a wonderful friend, and were each given a baby doll! But not just any old doll. Y’all, she feels like a real newborn! And CB certainly treats her that way. I mean, except for when she’s grabbing her by the neck like she is here. 😉
