I heard tales of this gown months before Miss Lillie wore it in the studio. And it more than lived up to the image I had of it in my mind! Lillie has a very talented grandmother who made this gown for her…BY HAND. I can’t even imagine the time it took. The details on the gown, and even the slip, are just beautiful. I kept staring at it and each time I would find a new detail. Seriously, it was the most amazing gown I’ve ever seen. And the baby who wore it is pretty extraordinary herself! Lillie is a doll-baby! I love her sweet smile, but the thing that really gets me is her FABULOUS arm rolls!!! I have never seen arm rolls like this! She is too, too cute and I just loved playing with her in the studio that day. And so did Clara Beth. Miss CB joined us in the studio for this session and had a great time making Lillie laugh. In fact, she asks me all the time when Lillie can come back to play. Hurry back soon, Miss Lillie!
