Charleston, SC Children’s Photographer: Luke in Charleston!

Okay, so if there’s one thing that is guaranteed to tug at my heart it’s a little Southern boy dressed just like that…as a little Southern boy. If he’s a blondie like my Mak was? Well, that’s sure to just throw me over the edge. I just might go grab him up and smooch his cheeks. Because I miss my Baby Mak. I LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about watching him grow up and I certainly don’t want to wish these days away, but I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss that adorable little two year old towhead that happily gave his momma smooches anytime she asked. And I know some people hate seeing baby boys dressed in seersucker and longalls and button on suits. But, are you KIDDING me?!? It’s the cutest thing ever in my opinion. My take is that they have the rest of their lives to dress like a 30 year old man. Let ’em be a baby for a few years. Are you with me People? =) Little Luke is one of those that I wanted to snatch up and smooch. Completely ADORABLE! And you know what? We had maybe nine minutes to do this session in Charleston. The rain was well on its way when we started and we were all scared it wasn’t going to happen. Because, yes, Luke is a precious little thing, but he is ALL BOY. We weren’t sure how much chasing through the streets we would have to do, and due to the rain there was no time for chasing. Let me tell you, Luke shocked us all. He was perfect. And I very rarely say that…but, really, he was perfect. We had a great time and were done just as the raindrops started to fall. Charleston is my very favorite city in the world (not that I’ve seen a lot of cities) and Collin and I are always thrilled when we get to work there. We have a Charleston Weekend coming up at the end of March and I can’t wait! All session times have been filled as of now, but I assure you we will be doing this again in the (very near) future. If you would like to be added to our Charleston list, shoot us an email! You will be contacted first before we open up appointments to the public. collin@cmsmithportraits.com And Luke, thanks for being such a fun kid! We love you, Buddy!
