Y’all remember back a few weeks ago when everyone was complaining that it was eighty degrees for Christmas? Yeah, for the record, I didn’t complain. It’s COLD out there today, y’all. Like that freezing, can’t get warm, your bones hurt kind of cold. I literally heard the wind howling outside this morning. You know, like they talk about in the Little House on the Prairie books? That’s way too cold for this Carolina girl, and I cannot wait for summer! If I had my way Collin would work from the beach during June, July, and August. I’ve always loved the beach, but the older I get the more I love it. Obviously a summer move to the coast isn’t really an option for us, but we do love to head there for sessions every chance that we get! We had a great time with Carson, Alicia, and their gang on one fall evening a few months ago in Garden City. We always have fun when we get to hang out with them, and being at the beach made it even better! This was a gorgeous night…God gave us one incredible sunset, and the light was just beautiful! This family loves one another like crazy and it’s so fun to watch them interact. The photos of Alicia and Carson at the end of the evening after the kids were DONE with us and this session are some of my favorites ever. I love it when husbands and wives allow Collin to photograph just them without the kids. Marriage is a pretty awesome thing and I think it should be documented! Carson and Alicia, thanks for a great night! See y’all again soon!
