Jennie put together a great Christmas party for the kids this afternoon. There were gingerbread houses to decorate, music to dance to, a birthday cake for Jesus, and Santa even stopped by!
The houses before…
Carlisle’s ready to get started!
It looks like she’s carefully placing a gumdrop on her house. She’s actually taking it off so she can eat it!
Yes, that’s icing streaming into my son’s mouth.
Aiden thought it was hilarious!
Mak’s finished product. I’m glad Collin got a picture, because shortly after a violent hurricane (named Makgill) crashed it to the ground.
Pretty Baby Evelyn
Then we moved upstairs for a dance party!
Soon, it was back downstairs because Santa had arrived!
Luke was obviously telling a very interesting story!
Miss CB wasn’t quite sure what to think.
This was Carlisle’s reaction, even though there was something awfully familiar about that Santa…

WOW!!! Thank you friends, for coming, for taking such beautiful, fun, cutie, Christmas-y pictures and for jumping into the holidays with our little family!!! Brian, Carlisle and I had a ball with the children…Carlisle has been talking about it ever since….and talking about Santa…”See Santa?” “Talk to Santa?” She’s ALL talk. He makes her so NERVIOUS…if only she knew the real deal. Glad you caught her reaction too. Can’t wait to show her those shots in 20 years! She’ll love it! That was, without question, the First Annual Childrens Christmas party! Can’t wait for the next. Thanks again guys! 🙂
