I’m not sure why, but twins tend to come in waves here at the studio. We never have just one set of twins. Typically there are at least two, although two years ago we had five sets in a two month time span! That’s unheard of for us! I so love it when it happens, though, because as I’ve always said, the only thing better than one newborn baby is two. Colton and Blake are the first of two sets of twins who were recently born to two of our studio families. And all four babies are boys! Last summer I photographed a birthday party for Ansley and McCoy, just the same as I have nearly every year since they have been born. Only at the end of this party Holland pulled me back into her bedroom where I got to document her telling her mom that ANOTHER BABY was coming!!! No one knew at the time, other than Holland and Brent. Well, little did they know, there were actually TWO new little babies on the way! After a mini nervous breakdown Holland and Brent recovered from the shock and embraced the fact that their family would soon have four more little feet in it. And here they are! Colton and Blake. Super cute, super sweet little brothers, and they finish this family off quite nicely. Unless God has anymore surprises in store…HAHA!! =) Welcome to the world, sweet boys!
