Remember the sweet baby girl that I posted about last week? Emma Grace, the precious daughter born to Mak’s first teacher? Guess what?! Baby girl is home from the hospital and doing great! And yesterday Collin and I were blessed with the opportunity to get to know her at her newborn session. This child is a DOLL!! Her prognosis is still unclear, and I’m far from a doctor, but I can tell you one thing. That sweet baby is THRIVING under the loving hands of a momma and daddy who adore her. She’s eating well and gaining weight…and she definitely let us know at the end of the session when she was ready for some food! She is amazingly graceful, if that even makes sense for a newborn baby. Her legs are a mile long and she looks like a future ballerina if I’ve ever seen one! Teeny and delicate…and oh so feminine! She has a perfect wispy swirl of hair on her head. A perfect little pout. She’s fearfully and WONDERFULLY made! The love that Beth and Billy have for their daughter is written on their faces. There’s no doubt that they love this girl with every ounce of their being and I loved watching the three of them together. Parenthood definitely suits them well. Beth and Billy, Thank you for sharing your girl with us for a short while! I honestly didn’t want to let her go! Oh, and Happy third Anniversary, Guys. I know this year will be your best one yet!
