I LOVE this session. I LOVE this family. This is one of those sessions that’s going to go down in the books as one of my favorites ever. It’s SOOOO unique to these three people and it was just plain fun. So them. We met Mark, Bethany, and Audrey over two years ago when Audrey was a teeny tiny baby. I knew I was going to like them a lot when they pulled a chair out of the trunk of their Volkswagen Jetta for that newborn session. And they’ve brought it to every session since then. They are so fun and down to earth, and I really wish they lived right around the corner so we could get together for coffee every afternoon. Actually, I wish we lived right around their corner because their neighborhood is way cooler than ours. Sometimes Hartsville is just too far away. Anyway, this session was done for their five year anniversary. Every year on their anniversary Mark and Bethany put their wedding clothes on and document it with a photo. I LOVE that about them! This year, since it was the five year anniversary, we photographed that for them. They brought along the old VW Bug that Mark got for Bethany. And they also brought the cutest prop EVER and the best product of their marriage to date…Miss Audrey. I could go on and on about this session. About the perfect light that God gave us that night. Or about picking weeds with sweet Audrey and my Clara Beth and calling them a beautiful bouquet. Or about when we were driving down a country road and that cute Bug ran out of gas. It was SO MUCH FUN and I can’t wait to do it again in five more years to see how things change…specifically, to see how many more little feet are running around their parents. Mark and Bethany, we love y’all! I’m so glad that we did this session!!!
