Oh, Y’all! I am such a sucker for this type of session! Aren’t these two beautiful boys? Cierrra, their momma, messaged me one day saying that she wanted a Southern heirloom portrait of her little boys looking just like, well, little Southern boys. Jon-Jons, bare feet, the whole nine yards. YES. I LOVE it! I know we Southern mommas get picked on a good bit for the way we dress our baby boys, but really, there is nothing cuter than this! Keaton and Bryce looked absolutely precious in their baby blue, and we had so much fun with them. They are both absolutely all boy…digging in the dirt and pine straw, distracted by every truck that drove by. I love that their momma wanted to capture the brothers at this stage in life. Cierra, every time you pass by this portrait hanging on your wall I know you will remember the pure sweetness of this stage in life. And take it from a momma who is in the next stage…the stage where your older boy thinks of nothing other than shooting guns, riding dirt bikes, and in general making it his mission to terrify you with every move he makes…you will need this memory. There have been many times that I have enjoyed a cup of coffee, staring at the portrait hanging in my dining room of my own linen-clad, two year old cutie. 😉
