I LOVE it when Easter comes late in the year! The weather is so gorgeous and perfect for portraits. This year we will be holding Easter sessions on April 15th and 16th. The sessions will be in our portrait garden again, but this time there will be a few changes and I CAN’T WAIT to show them to you!! The first and biggest one is actually still under construction and isn’t ready to be photographed. You’re going to have to trust me on this one…it’s GORGEOUS. So traditional Southern. This year, we will have an iron gate to photograph your children in front of!! I can’t wait for you to see it. I have a thing for iron gates. Both Mak and CB’s 2 year old portraits were done in front of an iron gate. They hang in my dining room and they are my absolute favorite portraits of my babies ever. The gate will be hung very soon and as soon as it is up I will have some sample sessions here on the blog.
We will also be using our outdoor swing to photograph babies this year. We feel that the swing is best for babies under the age of two. My sweet nephew Tate came over today to try out the swing and I love the way it looks. I can’t tell you how excited I am about Easter sessions this year!
