I hope that everyone was able to have a great 4th of July with family and friends. We went back to the beach to visit with some of Aron’s family, after a big breakfast with my parents before they headed back to Jacksonville.
As expected, Makgill had a fantastic time with his cousins and playing on the beach. 
Clara Beth had a very relaxing afternoon lounging on the covered back porch. I am not sure that I have ever seen her quite so relaxed. 
Indoors, the fun continued.
We made ice-cream, and Makgill helped prepare the mints to go into it. 
It was a little scary putting a metal mallet into his hands, but he did well.
We stayed late to let Makgill see the fireworks. He loved them!!!
