My Mak…6

Yes, SIX. As in, years OLD. As in, he has to use two hands to show how old he is. My baby boy is growing up so fast. And it’s the most bittersweet thing in the world to me. I kind of divide my life into two parts…before I became a mom and after. The...

WOW! This entire post makes me want to cry. I know you are a great momma and I know your babies love you! Kingsley is only 3 weeks old but reading this makes me want to soak up every single second I have with her at home EVEN more. It really is amazing how fast time flies by. It seems like I just left the hospital to bring her home, when in reality.. next Saturday my baby girl will be one month old. This post reminds me of Darius Rucker “It won’t be like this for long”…makes me cry EVERY time! Continue to enjoy every moment with your babies..I know they love you both. Happy Birthday to Mak! 😉ReplyCancel

Aron, I had tears in my eyes reading this. Your post was so real and beautiful. Isn’t it such an honor to raise a child- I mean really an unworthy thing of us sinners but God must see the good and worth in us to give us such an awesome responsibility. I know you cannot believe that he is 6 and I know how proud you are to call him your son. He is very blessed and he has a gorgeous, wonderful family that he can always count on. I know you will enjoy your cruise (still very jealous)! I also think you need to frame the picture of his legs with the skateboard and CB’s ballerina legs and put them somewhere together.ReplyCancel

Oh my gosh! Aron … that seriously brought tears to my eyes! I know that I’m not a mama YET but someday will be. I just realized that I have had him for HALF of his life at school. HALF! I’ve seen this baby boy grow up and am SO sad that this year he will leave me. Time sure does fly all too quickly … happy 6th birthday Mak! Mrs. HUNT loves you!!!ReplyCancel

Mak, Happy Birthday from LiLi and Boom Boom too. You have to know this post makes me cry partly because of you and partly because I remember those days with MY children. So Aron, you will NEVER forget these days, and I always thought each stage was even better than the last…but you NEVER forget the sweet growing up days. AND when you are fortunate enough to have grandchildren you will start it all over again.ReplyCancel
