Silly Boy

We were just in the car, and Makgill was listening to one of his CDs. The song said something about “Jesus in your heart”. So Makgill says “I’m shaking Jesus!” I look back to see what he’s talking about, and he’s dancing in his carseat, shaking all around. He said “I knocked him over, but...

Beautiful Dreamers

I LOVE Night-time with my babies. And not just because I’m worn out by the end of the day and ready for a few hours by myself with Collin (although I’ll admit that’s nice, too). I just really love them at this time of day. One or both of them is frequently grumpy, but our...

Ahhh! Oh how incredibly sweet! I was just rocking Luke on Saturday and just breathed in the smell too, the mix of last night’s bath and the day’s sweat. I absolutely love those moments. Thanks for sharing your night time routine. Those are the times I need to remember to capture as well. You and Collin are so good at reminding us that it is not just events that need to be photographed, but those special moments too. We love y’all – cool green water and all!ReplyCancel

I really enjoyed getting a sneak peek into ya’lls family life behind the scenes. That really is what life is about–the day to day stuff that we can so easily take for granted. I loved reading and seeing the pictures and appreciate you sharing them.ReplyCancel

You are the most precious girl! I love that you documented this time so that we could peak into your home and it’s sweet rituals. Your two little ones are blessed to be in a loving, tender home growing up with two parents who think they hung the moon. Keep lovin those babes! You guys are the best!ReplyCancel

Sweet Tal

Remember when we went to the Lake a couple of weeks ago? Well, the reason for the trip in the first place was to do my nephew, Tallon’s “18” month session (he’s actually 21 months!). This boy is so FUNNY and SOOO Sweet! I am thrilled that Reeves, Rebecca, and Tallon are now living in...

Another Funny Makgill Statement

Mak was building a car out of his Mega Blocks tonight. Collin asked him where he was going in it. Mak said “I’ve gotta run some Andrew’s”. See, my youngest brother’s name is Andrew, and he is married to Erin. Last week I told Mak that we had to run some errands and he asked...
