Bath-time Conversation

*Makgill has been picking his nose since he got into the tub* Collin: “Son, one day you should really learn how to blow your nose.” Makgill: “No I shouldn’t.” C: “Are you still going to be be picking your nose when you’re my age?” M: “No. Then I’ll be a pirate!” And later, I overheard...

Riley Turns 5!!!

We had the BEST time at FunDayGo tonight celebrating Riley’s 5th birthday! Makgill adores Riley because he’s a “big” kid. Mak can’t wait to turn 5 (remember- he’s only three so he has a while to wait), so this party was really cool for him. Riley is such a FUN kid. Thanks for including us...

I can’t tell you how much I LOVE these photos!! They capture the FUN we had at Riley’s party perfectly. Hard to tell who was having more fun, the kids or the adults. 😀
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
It was so great having you all at the party and Riley had so much fun with Makgill.
By the way, we had to push him out of the door this morning to go to school, he didn’t want to stop playing with the firefighter legos you all gave him. He was very upset that we didn’t have time to finish putting it all together before school.ReplyCancel

Happy Birthday, LUKE!!!

We had so much FUN celebrating sweetie-pie Luke’s 2nd birthday today! I can’t believe that this baby boy is already TWO years old. I remember swaddling him in the hospital when he was a tiny newborn…well, maybe not TINY. He stretched from the top of the bassinet to the very bottom! He will probably always...

As usual, Julie always amazes me! It looks like such a great party, I hate that we had to miss it! Thanks so much for sharing the pictures, it felt like we were there (instead of at home with an ear infection). 😥ReplyCancel

Collin, Aron, Makgill and Clara Beth…each one of you means so very much to our family. I truly appreciate your time, interest and genuine care. Thank you so much for being a part of Luke’s 2nd birthday. Thank you Collin for taking such wonderful pictures of a very special day for our family and sharing them with us. I am so grateful that my son has made such good friends with Makgill and CBeth (as Luke says). And my gratefulness extends to the friendship that Rob and I have with Aron and Collin. What a fun day with lots of great friends! 😆ReplyCancel

That was the most well thought out party I think I’ve ever been to! Great job Julie! We very much appreciate being included in Luke’s fun day! The pictures were GREAT, as always!ReplyCancel

Payback

First the dentist put my poor, impressionable toddler son up to covering our minivan with Clemson magnets. Then there was the cruel comment about my babies BEAUTIFUL clothes in the “We Love our Gamecocks” post. And finally the obscene pictures that corrupted my precious nephew’s 2nd birthday party photos. Well, Dr. Dentist-Man, we started a...

Super cute video! Although, I am certain she would sound even cuter saying “Go Tigers!”ReplyCancel

Thanks for the support HOPE! If my daughter EVER ends up an alcoholic or a drug addict, I will look back upon this post/video and realize that’s where she was steered down the wrong road. And if there’s going to be more, you might as well teach her the most important Gamecock phrase used over many decades….”Just wait ’till next year!” And can we say, New Babysitter :mrgreen:ReplyCancel

Just to let y’all know, this was done in COMPLETE FUN! No seriousness, whatsoever! Just a friendly joke between us and Bryan and Kristin (they know we’re kidding).

Yeah, after a fist fight and a few black eyes 😉 , we still haven’t made up. BUT, you really don’t want us to get started on LSU. I mean really, who wears yella. Guess we could always dress Olivia up in Orange and Garnet with some orange teeth and then let Collin post some pictures on the blog. Better watch out if we’re keepin the nursery…. 😀ReplyCancel

Playing with Tal

Tallon and Rebecca came over to play this afternoon. The weather was so nice and cool- the kids had a great time. Thanks for helping me pass the afternoon, Rebecca! Clara Beth spent most of the time doing her favorite outdoor activity- filling a small bucket with sand (it has to be a small bucket,...

Are those Baby Legs that Clara Beth has on??? LOVE THEM! I wish I would have invented them I love ’em so much. All of my friends kiddos have them too. They have become the ‘standard’ baby gift around here.
