Gus, Erin, and Grant

We attended a party last night to say goodbye to some dear friends, Gus, Erin, and Grant. We have so enjoyed getting to know them over the past few years, and are sad to see them head back to California. Erin and I were pregnant with Grant and Clara Beth at the same time, and...

Good Luck Gus, Erin, and Grant! We will all miss you. 😥 But it’s like I mentioned before….if God’s plan for your future doesn’t include moving to South Carolina again, we will look forward to fellowshiping in Heaven when time is irrelevant. Praise God!!
…and as for that Emert guy, somebody tell him next time there’s a party, he needs to wear more that just a “wife-beater” t-shirt. Got a reputation to uphold 😀ReplyCancel

A Very Dirty Playdate

We had so much FUN playing with Courtney and Olivia and Rebecca and Tallon in Courtney’s backyard yesterday afternoon. Makgill found a dirt hole that the dog had made, and it became the favorite spot in the yard to play! They were SO GROSS when we left…but they had a GREAT time getting that way!...

    Pumpkin Painting!

Hope and Claudia invited us over for a FUN pumpkin painting session today! We both had a great time and got to meet four new friends, Christa and her daughter Emma, and Sarah Elizabeth and her daughter Bella. We had a Wonderfully MESSY time! Hope is a BRAVE woman! Poor Bella- I caught her mid-sneeze!...

SO glad ya’ll could come to paint. We had LOTS of fun!! I love that CB was practicing with her makeup brush. She is so girly!! The pictures are great, as always! May I borrow a few for my blog since I was a slacker and didn’t take any?ReplyCancel

That is so funny that you have a friend named Sarah Elizabeth with a Bella! hehe. Except I am a Sara (without an H) Elizabeth Suzanne and have a Isabella that I call “Bella” most of the time.

      Cute Pix!

I can’t wait to get my hand on Clara Beth at Christmas. She’s SO cute.!ReplyCancel

    Krista and Jeff’s Storybook Album

Ok, I may have set a record for designing an album (by me). Usually it is a struggle to get it completed by the Thursday after each wedding. This time, not only is it completed on Wednesday, but it was a Sunday wedding. This wedding was so unique, from it’s vineyard location, to the Mexican...

      Collin,
I LOVE the album!!! Kathy and I have been on the phone going over each page. She loves it too. Every time we go thru it we see something that we haven’t seen before. (And I DO think Kathy could get her bridal portrait out of it….where there’s a will there’s a way).ReplyCancel

I LOVE the album !!!!! I cant even begin to tell you how excited Bob and I are..we too have been on the phone going over it page by page! I cant wait for Krista and Jeff to see it. I am so glad Krista picked the storybook design AND that we had you spend the whole day with us. I captures so much we would not have had otherwise. All the little details leading up to the BIG event. Thanks again and I cannot wait to see all the pictures!

Mr. Smith, what a lovely Storybook Ablum you have created for Jeff and Krista. I was not able to attend my Nephew’s wedding, but after viewing their Storybook I feel that I was there to feel the Joy and share in the Celebration of their Love. Congratulations to you, for such a lovely production that totally captured their Special Day. Congratulations to Krista and Jeff, a beautiful bride and a very handsome Groom.ReplyCancel

A beautiful wedding at the Irvin House Vineyards.

I always look forward to photographing weddings and when you also throw in a location like this one, it is just a bonus. Krista and Jeff were married under a beautiful live oak with a cross hovering above them. It was fantastic. I had the pleasure to follow Krista and her family around all day...

These are some of the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen. You captured the very essence of it all. I feel like I was there. I would love to have you photograph my daughter.ReplyCancel
