We had SO much fun at the last $100 Portrait Project at Aroma Underground. The kids and I tagged along with Collin and played while he photographed. And, of course I enjoyed a fair amount of coffee. 🙂
I love the groups that came through that Saturday! There was such a wide range of groups and people. It really is amazing to me how versatile this look really is. We are having so much fun with it and we are thrilled with the response we are getting from those who have participated. I love that people are getting a great portrait for only $100. And I REALLY love that 50% of that money is going toward The children’s Miracle Network. We are getting into that time of year when it’s time to start thinking about…CHRISTMAS!!!! I love it! We have heard from many of you that this is what you are doing for Christmas this year. And we think that’s great! I mean, for only $100 you will get a great digital image of a portrait that you can use on your Christmas card, have smaller prints made for grandparents/aunts and uncles, and even treat yourself to the gift of printing that large wall portrait you have always wanted. AND, you are donating to an organization that helps children who are sick or hurt. It’s the perfect Christmas gift, in my opinion. But here’s the thing…our regular studio stuff is PSYCHO, INSANELY BUSY this time of year. We are getting into the time of year when Collin and I average 3-4 hours of sleep at night. We are constantly working on orders and any extra free time is devoted to our kids. For that reason we are not sure if events will be able to be held in November and December. There just simply aren’t enough days in the month! So, if you are considering using the $100 Portrait Project for Christmas this year, you really need to start thinking about taking advantage of the event coming up next Saturday on September 19th. We will be photographing for the $100 Portrait Project ALL DAY LONG at the Civic Center for She Saturday. If you would like to have your family, child, or any other group you can come up with photographed…give us a call! We would also love to discuss with you the various ways that you can make your session more unique to you and your family. I have MANY ideas! 🙂 Call to set your appointment up! 843-665-4646.
Here are some of the images that Collin created at the last project…

And one more family…we LOVE family portraits!
And, of course, sweet little Angel Cousins. Yes, Angel Wings and tutus will be available at She Saturday!
Like I mentioned earlier, the kids and I hung out playing and drinking coffee (well, I had coffee) while Collin photographed. Here are a few pictures I took of us doing that! It was such a fun day!
Aroma has a TON of great toys and games for kids to play while Moms sip coffee.
I love Blayne!! Such a cutie!
Mak and Drew had some sword fights. Gotta love little boys. 🙂
The kids enjoyed some yummy water while I enjoyed my coffee (are you understanding that I REALLY enjoyed my coffee that day?!). If you want a treat for the kids too, though, ask Carol to make them her famous whipped cream/caramel milk creation…Drew’s FAV!!!
We had such a great time and loved the portraits that were created that day. Call to set your appointment up for next Saturday at The Civic Center!!! 843-665-4646
